Terms of service

WILL DO

Beyond what I am accustomed to drawing, I am open to trying anything, including anthropomorphic animals and NSFW. Please understand that quality may vary depending on the request.

WON'T DO

  • "Hardcore" NSFW depictions.

  • Gore and human waste.

  • Degrading situations.

  • Illegal or questionable material.

  • Fascistic topics, imagery or messages.

  • Real people without their consent.

DETAILS AND PAYMENT

1) If my commissions are open, and I am available, please describe your request and include any specific requirements that may affect my workflow (deadlines, separating layers, intent of commercial or non-profit use, or any relevant details.) I reserve the right to decline any request I do not wish to undertake or to give priority to other requests over yours.2) Once your request has been finalised, I will send you a copy of the invoice I am required to submit to the French government as part of my work via e-mail and, if needed, a payment request issued through the service of your choice from the list below. To prepare the former, I will need to know your name and address, and whether you are commissioning me as an individual or on behalf of a brand, business, commercial, or non-profit entity. This information is kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone else. If you are unwilling to provide these details, please refrain from commissioning me.3) I accept payments in EUR only via PayPal, Stripe, Ko-fi, or Wero.4) I will only start working on your commission after receiving full payment, unless we have agreed to a different arrangement beforehand. Do not send any payment my way until I have accepted your request and confirmed the amount due.5) Payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been received, I am committed to completing your commission. I reserve the right to cancel the commission at my discretion, including if I become aware that the client engages in illegal, abusive, or fascistic behaviour.6) Completion times may vary. Please be patient and avoid placing unnecessary pressure on me. I do not forget commissions.

USAGE POLICY

7) I retain the rights to any work created through my commissions unless specified otherwise. You may not use your commission for profit unless we have settled on an agreement beforehand. This restriction also applies to the use of my creations to promote or represent any brand, business, commercial, or non-profit entity.8) Please provide proper credit whenever you repost or publicly use my creations online.9) I may create alternate versions of your commission as rewards for my paid Patreon and Ko-fi supporters. While I may provide these versions to you at no additional cost, you may not redistribute them.10) Do not use my art with, or in association to, generative A.I.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service, which were drafted on 30/07/2026 and which, except for points 8), 9) and 10), do not apply to orders made before that date.

Thank you for considering joining The Anthill! Our server is still small, but it can carry up to fifty times its weight! Make sure you've read the rules before joining.

SERVER-WIDE rules

1) No minors are allowed inside the server. New members will undergo a brief profile review and must acknowledge the server guidelines by "signing" a designated message. The system operates on trust, and no proof of age will be requested. Any minor found to have lied about their age will be banned.
2) Moderators may remove posts or request changes to your nickname or avatar if they contain offensive or otherwise inappropriate content. Failure to comply with a moderator's instructions may result in a timeout.
3) English is the primary language of the server. While minor digressions are allowed, you may not overuse them.
4) No generative A.I. is allowed here.

General behaviour rules

5) Hate speech, such as racism, xenophobia, homophobia and transphobia will not be tolerated. Members who engage in such behaviour, whether inside or outside the server, will be banned.
6) Keep the doom to a minimum: Avoid sensitive topics whenever possible. Brief mentions of politics are fine, but debates belong elsewhere. Don't bring in drama from Twitter, other Discord servers, or elsewhere on the Internet. Likewise, keep profanity to a reasonable level. Excessive displays of anger may result in your messages being removed.
7) Do not share illegal or pirated content. This also includes resources created by artists who have explicitly stated that they don't allow their work to be redistributed.
8) Stay on topic: Use the appropriate channels for different types of conversations, and avoid treating #general as a dumping ground.
9) Do not spoil recent games or movies: If the game or movie in question is less than one year old, any discussion about its content that could be deemed a spoiler must be accompanied by a content warning and a spoiler tag.

art rules

10) All levels are welcome, all forms of art are welcome too, and don't make fun of beginners.
11) Do not post NSFW art in public channels.
12) Please don't just "post and go": While I cannot really do anything against it, please try interacting with other people when they post art.
13) Let the channels breathe: Avoid posting your artwork immediately after someone else's. We encourage waiting at least 10 minutes between posts.
14) Stealing art will result in a ban.
15) Credit the artists you share! Provide a link to the source if there is one.

NSFW rules

16) To gain access to the NSFW channel, you must send me a message asking for the role.
17) What you can post: The NSFW channel is intended for art, games, and music containing adult or graphic themes, including nudity, sexual content, blood, gore (within reason), and explicit audio. You may also share NSFW works made by other artists, provided they are properly credited.
18) What you can't post: Do not use the channel to discuss personal experiences or share real-life pictures. Additionally, the sharing of non-mainstream fetishes, such as the DeviantArt Classics™ or those involving human waste is forbidden.
