Terms of service

WILL DO

Beyond what I am accustomed to drawing, I am open to trying anything, including anthropomorphic animals and NSFW. Please understand that quality may vary depending on the request.

WON'T DO

  • "Hardcore" NSFW depictions.

  • Gore and human waste.

  • Degrading situations.

  • Illegal or questionable material.

  • Fascistic topics, imagery or messages.

  • Real people without their consent.

DETAILS AND PAYMENT

1) If my commissions are open, and I am available, please describe your request and include any specific requirements that may affect my workflow (deadlines, separating layers, intent of commercial or non-profit use, or any relevant details.) I reserve the right to decline any request I do not wish to undertake or to give priority to other requests over yours.2) Once your request has been finalised, I will send you both a payment request issued through the service of your choice from the list below and a copy of the invoice I am required to submit to the French government as part of my work via e-mail. To prepare the latter, I will need to know your name and address, and whether you are commissioning me as an individual or on behalf of a brand, business, commercial, or non-profit entity. This information is kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone else. If you are unwilling to provide these details, please refrain from commissioning me.3) I accept payments in EUR only via PayPal, Stripe, Ko-fi, or Wero.4) I will only start working on your commission after receiving full payment, unless we have agreed to a different arrangement beforehand. Do not send any payment my way until I have accepted your request and confirmed the amount due.5) Payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been received, I am committed to completing your commission. I reserve the right to cancel the commission at my discretion, including if I become aware that the client engages in illegal, abusive, or fascistic behaviour.6) Completion times may vary. Please be patient and avoid placing unnecessary pressure on me. I do not forget commissions.

USAGE POLICY

7) I retain the rights to any work created through my commissions unless specified otherwise. You may not use your commission for profit unless we have settled on an agreement beforehand. This restriction also applies to the use of my creations to promote or represent any brand, business, commercial, or non-profit entity.8) Please provide proper credit whenever you repost or publicly use my creations online.9) I may create alternate versions of your commission as rewards for my paid Patreon and Ko-fi supporters. While I may provide these versions to you at no additional cost, you may not redistribute them.10) Do not use my art with, or in association to, generative A.I.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service, which were drafted on 30/07/2026 and which, except for points 8), 9) and 10), do not apply to orders made before that date.

Je me réserve le droit de refuser toute demande et de donner la priorité à d'autres demandes plutôt qu'à la vôtre.2) Une fois votre demande finalisée, je vous enverrai à la fois une demande de paiement via le service de votre choix parmi ceux indiqués ci-dessous, ainsi qu'une copie de la facture que je suis tenu de transmettre à l'administration française dans le cadre de mon activité, par e-mail. Pour établir cette facture, j'aurai besoin de connaître votre nom, votre adresse, ainsi que votre dénomination sociale. Ces informations resteront strictement confidentielles et ne seront communiquées à personne d'autre. Si vous ne souhaitez pas fournir ces informations, merci de vous abstenir de me passer commande.3) J'accepte les règlements en EUR via PayPal, Stripe, Ko-fi, ou Wero.4) Je ne commencerai à travailler sur votre commande qu'après réception du paiement intégral, sauf si nous avons convenu d'un autre arrangement au préalable. Merci de ne procéder à aucun paiement avant que j'aie accepté votre demande et confirmé le montant à régler.5) Les paiements sont définitifs et ne sont pas remboursables. Dès réception du paiement, je m'engage à mener votre commande à son terme. Je me réserve toutefois le droit d'annuler une commande à ma discrétion, notamment si je découvre que le client s'engage dans des activités illégales, abusives ou fascisantes.6) Les délais de réalisation peuvent varier. Cette restriction s'applique également à toute utilisation de mes créations pour promouvoir ou représenter une marque, une entreprise, une organisation commerciale ou une association à but non lucratif.8) Merci de me créditer chaque fois que vous republiez ou utilisez publiquement mes créations en ligne.9) Je peux réaliser des versions alternatives de votre commande en tant que récompenses destinées à mes soutiens payants sur Patreon et Ko-fi. Bien que je puisse vous fournir ces versions sans frais supplémentaires, vous n'êtes pas autorisé(e) à les redistribuer.10) N'utilisez pas mes créations avec, ou en lien avec, de l'IA générative.
